Autumn is here, however we are experiencing hot days still. Rather than getting dressed accordingly for the season my outfit of the day is a summer strapless dress. To be more specific those photos were taken in December 2018. I love everything about it and I will explain why.

First: Felipe my son is the photographer.

Second: This is the best place on earth!

I had those photos taken for my IG account before even considering having a fashion blog. Although this dress type may initially feel ‘childish’, it’s appropriate for the occasion.

December is the most expected month of the year, it’s time to spend time with the loved ones and visit my favorite places in my city. I was born in Belo Horizonte the state of Minas Gerais. The amusement park is located nearby where I grew up, my father used to take me and my other two siblings to the park every weekend when we were kids, sometimes my mom joined us too. Every time I am in BH "Parque Guanabara” or Guanabara Amusement Park is the first place to visit. I feel like a kid again and don’t let anyone relax until the troop comes with me. Literally everybody must come mom, dad, brother, sister, husbands, wives and of course the kids. I love this place so much I can’t even describe it how it makes me feel!

Let’s talk about the dress. I wore this youthful and refreshing outfit perfect for daytime activities, comfort was my first priority. The plaid strapless dress can indeed make you stand out in a refreshing way but not an exaggerated way. It is not that difficult to style it either. Pair the dress with sneakers, add an extra ‘childish’ touch to the outfit. I could not leave the house without a proper pair of sunnies to complete the look, to be honest, this beautiful round Fendi peekaboo was borrowed from my sister (she’s obsessed with sunglasses, she has more than 150 pairs of designer sunglasses). I ended up buying the same model when returning home later.
