MY DISNEY WORLD EXPERIENCE

Who doesn't dream of visiting Disney parks? It was my second trip to Orlando, but believe me, I didn't have the chance to do much entertaining the first time in December 2013; my main focus was shopping, and I was still living in Brazil at that time. Finally, the time has come to return to Orlando and visit Disney World. My flight departed from New Jersey.

1. Accommodation

We booked the Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal hotel in the International Drive area. I recommend the hotel for offering free parking. Besides, it is a few minutes away from the Orlando International Premium Outlets, approximately 20 minutes from MCO International Airport, 17 minutes from the Magic Kingdom park, and 5 minutes from Universal Studios by car.

2. Transportation

I also booked a vehicle in advance with pick up and drop off at the airport. The total rent for eight nights was $537.06, around $67 per night, including unlimited access to the tolls.

3. What to wear

The temperature was pleasant in the transition from December to January. Dresses, shorts, t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers are a must, as well as a jacket for the chilly morning and evening hours.

Disney Springs

You can`t go wrong with jean shorts and sneakers.

Off-the-shoulder dress with flat shoes.

There was a couple with one child in line, a beautiful woman, by the way. However, she wore an outfit that left part of her belly also exposed a low-cut top exposing part of her breasts. She was detained due to the inappropriate look; I don't know if they let her in. Keep in mind that looking trendy, hipster or sexy is undoubtedly not what you need to aim for when visiting the parks; opt for comfort instead. My choice was a Mickey Mouse t-shirt with leggings and sneakers paired with a belly belt bag, hat, and sunglasses. I also carried my eco-friendly tote bag to accommodate my camera, water, and snacks.

4. Shopping

I confess that the purpose of my trip was to escape the cold of New Jersey, but I took a sneak peek at the Outlet and ended up buying a Prada bag. I would pay twice as much in the New York/New Jersey area. It is worth it to buy luxury handbags and accessories in Florida.

Overall, I had a pleasant trip. The weather was so cooperative that we could enjoy the hotel's swimming pool. Orlando is a destination that offers an extensive entertainment option for entertainment. Hope to return soon!
